SUN CITY CENTER — Today, most residents in Sun City Center had their new 35 gallon bins-with-wheels out on the curb for the scheduled trash pickup: a grey bin for garbage and a blue bin for recycled material.
The new service proved to be fast and precise, done by a mechanical arm on the passenger side of the truck that seemed to have a mind of its own when it came to spot-on accuracy.
The trash containers or bins you see in the video are 35 gallons but are also available in 65 and 95 gallon sizes as well.
Those of whom would like a larger bin can change them out at no charge between January 15 – March 15,
