New Enclosed Terrace at Palm Court Cafe Bar at Kings Point South Clubhouse

The new addition to the Palm Court Cafe Bar is the outside terrace, which was extended and enclosed during construction. The new area features a full bar,  high tables, TV’s and and a digital Juke Box that is attached to the wall.

What was done: 
1) Outside terrace was extended and enclosed providing more indoor space for seating and events
2) Relocated the bar to the terrace area
3) Bigger food preparation behind the new bar
4) Kitchen was renovated

This newly enclosed area will soon be open to the residents to use for parties, eating, socializing and more.  It looks great!
