A note was left on the door at the old location at Village Plaza that read:
On February 11th, 2015 after thirty years of providing Dental care from our current office. In order to better serve our patients, we are moving to a new larger location. The new office is located in the Commonwealth Office Plaza just north of Publix off East Del Webb Boulevard. Our phone number and office hours remain the same. My staff and I are excited about the move and look forward to seeing you at our new office.

The Don Senk Field is one of the only fields in Sun City Center that has bleachers, live announcers, a concession stand (with great food) and an electronic score board that can be seen from 100 yards.
This is the same field The Vintage Babes Softball Team organized a LADIES ONE PITCH Tournament in 2013.
With the help of the CA and others, the field was recently resurfaced with a mixture of dirt, sand and other properties that help soften the ground. The softer surface allows a ground ball to bounce in a more predictable fashion resulting in fewer injuries.
Both the Softball Club and the SCC Community Association worked together to get the funds to resurface Don Senk Field making it a safer place for games this year.
Trinity Baptist Church along Sun City Center Blvd is adding a three story 10,000 square foot educational building, slated to open by December 2015.
The new building will have Sunday School classrooms, a new choir room meeting rooms, offices and restrooms.
The building is the last part of a three phase improvement plan: The other two projects already completed were 103 additional parking places and a new Portico big enough for 2-way traffic to pick up and drop off Church members.
Residents in the gated Kings Point retirement community in Sun City Center can now drive their golf carts at night due to the neighborhood being ‘privately’ owned.
KINGS POINT ONLY:
This new privilege is for King Point only, so residents need to make sure and stay inside the gates once the Sun goes down – this includes not driving on the path to Sun Towers & Winn-Dixie as well.
ABOUT KINGS POINT:
Kings Point is a privately owned gated community with around 5,560 units tucked way in Sun City Center, Florida. It’s a city within a city with it’s own restaurants, cafes, bars, six concrete pools, three golf courses and two main club houses with gyms, clubs, parties and much more.
ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CARTS ALLOWED AFTER DARK:
This announcement was made by a Deputy from the Hillsborough County Sheriffs Department during a Kings Point Federation Board Meeting in December 2014.
To legally operate at night, your golf cart must have working lights and turn signals on both front and back.
OBEY TRAFFIC LAWS:
Remember, golf carts must obey all traffic laws as licensed vehicles (cars, trucks etc..) and are subject to the same citations.
Special thanks to Deputy Jason Castillo and the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office for making this possible in Kings Point.
There was a celebration after the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at the new Inspired Living At Sun City Center memory care facility between 4:00 and 7:00 pm on January 8, 2015. Valet parking was provided by Courtesy Valet.
Daytime viewing hours were between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm and was open to the general public so everyone could get a chance to see the beautifully designed and state-of-the-art facility as well.
